Color Rendition final plate under Sir Edmund Beltejar (January 2010) We need to go to class wearing our own shirt and sneaker designs made traditionally.

- Ito ang dahilan kung bakit nagkaron ng Pimp My Shoes/Blank & Filled ngayon. I think Sir Beltejar is the main culprit kasi siya yung nagpagawa ng finals na to. :)) Infairness 3.5 ako sa kanya and I learned lots of things from watercolour painting, colored pencils to acrylic and paper types.

After ng finals, pinost ko sa sulit yung picture. Fortunately may mga naging interested and the rest is history. I customize shoes whenever I have time kaso hindi rin ganun kadalas kasi ang hassle nag-aaral pa ko. Remember sa MMA, Madaling mamatay ng maaga ang motto so medyo hirap isingit. :)) I remember my very first client was just a simple lettering and a caricature. The business was actually not really stable considering I work alone so there were months that I didn’t post updates kasi talaga ‘di ko kaya pero pag may time and sakto may nagpapagawa sige go.

There were instances na may tumawag sakin from tv networks asking if I can spare time for an interview or show my works or how things are done but unfortunately I don’t have the capacity at that time to show samples so ayun sayang lang kasi nga orders are “made to order” so basically all samples are just posted online. And then at one point may tumawag from a radio show asking if I can come and have an interview for young entrepreneurs with unique businesses but may finals naman ako that time. I’m not really sad, maybe a bit disappointed from all those opportunities but maybe it’s not for me kasi at that time, aral muna ang priority and I’m glad that I made it through. Funny though kasi eto din yung business thesis(BIZ) ko and Project thesis (MMPROJ - magkaiba sila pero mahirap iexplain kaso hahaba pa pag inexplain ko ng bongga) -Okay so ang tamad ko all in one na lahat. :))

Since wala naman akong ginagawa ngayon at nalalapit na ang taning ng pagkawala ng allowance dahil ggraduate na ko sa Saturday, lumilitaw na ulit ako - with tags and better packaging and may katsa pouch na for the shoes! Yey no more of the dirty boxes with palengke plastics. :)) This time I’m trying my best to create designs on my own although andun padin yung designs from google, cartoons, and etc. Mahirap na kasing alisin e but unti unti sana makagawa ako ng mga bagong design and iba pang products. :D

I think as long as you’re happy with what you’re doing, you won’t really get bored. This “expanded hobby” of mine may not be really big for others but for me it’s something worth being proud for. :) The key I think is to dream, believe and survive! Starstruck! Chos. But seriously, yun nga. :) I think yun yung concept ko nung ginagawa ko yung final plate ko kaya may hagdan hagdan na drama sa shirt down to the shoes. :”>
